1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the H2Dedi website and the H2DediCOM application (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

H2Dedi provides a web-based platform for securely managing Halo 2 dedicated game servers remotely.
The Service allows:

• server owners to link their private game servers - simplify monitoring, controling, and optional sharing.
• community users to freely reserve time on public servers - granting full control for selected duration.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.
• Accounts that are not verified within 1 hour of creation may be automatically deleted.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code through the Service.
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the H2DediCOM application.
• Share your account credentials or API tokens with third parties.

5. Server Hosting and Reservations

• Server owners are responsible for the content and activity on their game servers.
• Reservations are time-limited and will automatically expire at the end of the selected duration.
• Reservations may be released early if the server goes offline for an extended period.
• H2Dedi does not guarantee server uptime or availability.

6. H2DediCOM Application

• The H2DediCOM desktop application requires administrator privileges to function.
• The application reads and writes to game server files, process memory, and registry to perform its functions.
• The application may auto-update when a new version is available.

7. Donations and Voluntary Contributions

• Contributions made through the Service are voluntary donations to support the ongoing hosting and maintenance costs of H2DediCOM operations.
• Donations are not a purchase. No services, goods, or rewards are guaranteed in exchange for a donation. As a thank-you we will try to offer optional perks (such as expanded plan features) to supporters, but these may be changed, limited, or withdrawn at any time without notice.
• The Service never processes, receives, or stores sensitive transaction details. Payments are securely processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. Your use of Stripe's checkout is also subject to Stripe's terms and privacy policy.
• Monthly (recurring) donations renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel a recurring donation at any time; cancellation stops future charges and your supporter plan remains active until the end of the paid period.
• Because donations support a service rather than buy a product, contributions are generally non-refundable. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us and we will review it in good faith. A refunded donation ends the associated supporter plan.
• Prices may be shown in US dollars; your card may be billed in your local currency at Stripe's exchange rate.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is the property of the H2Dedi project. Halo 2 and related trademarks are the property of their respective owners. H2Dedi is not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft or Bungie.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, H2Dedi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, game progress, or server configurations.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
